The uniqueness of the vinyl sidings produced will be in the coating which gives them the benefits compared to conventional sidings such as longer durability and exquisite textures and designs. The coating is compromised of three layers: top, middle and lower layer. The top layer is a transparent layer that increases the resistance of the product to erosion and scratches. The middle layer is what creates the unique textures and designs in the products. This layer uses cold pigments in its production process which will help the sidings to act as a heat insulator and reduce the energy loss in the buildings. The lowest layer's purpose is to attach the top layers to the PVC substrate.
